If you look at the amount of shares traded since the beginning of the coordinated fake/down .( I believe someone mentioned close to 600 million shares) It wouldn’t be to hard to pick up the 142 million to hit the 5%. Please forgive my simple question, Who would be responsible for filing for filing the form 13 F / or G. The company or the shareholder? I thought it was the company ? That’s if the company is fully reporting . Maybe I’m wrong .
As far as the NDA, or NDA’s the company is supposedly operating under, I guess I do see your point in regard to the correlation that just because said company owns 5% and is under a NDA , it would still have to be reported. At least by the owner or company, if not ENZC. If I recall that is one of the questions asked even on an individual form 1040. Do you own more than 5% of a publicity traded company. I wish !!
The level of manipulation we have observed this past year is undeniable. Granted with the low daily volume, as some have pointed out anyone could do it . But how could one party do it through 4-5 different MM’s at the same time.
What’s hard to believe is the willingness and coordination between these different entities to work for a common goal.
As an individual business owner, I would be living inn constant fear that one of my takedown teammates would break rank, make a mistake and take us all down. After all most or all of these MM’s are legitimate, and licensed traders.
So it begs the question , Who is the puppet master ?
At he end of this game or exercise we’re all participating in, enlightenment awaits.
