As some of us have been correctly stating on here, the info being posted about so called naked shorting using data from FINRA is being misconstrued to paint a false picture. That data listed has nothing to do with NAKED SHORTING. Even Finra explains all the data they post is what is reported to them. Naked shorting is not something they get info on because that DATA is not REPORTED!!! No one gets info on NAKED SHORTING as it is illegal. So yet again, misinformation is being propagated on here, as suspect.

Read exactly what FINRA states about their reporting. Yet another bogus talking point destroyed by me and why I have a 99.78% rate of getting it right on RGBP.
