Yeah Maga, it sure is a head scratcher as to why CC is slow playing the transition to fully reporting.
The only thing I can come up with is to conceal a New Share holder who’s position is greater than 5%.
As well as having to spill the beans on any new Material Events . Which I believe there are probably May at this point.

Think about it.
Whose paying the bills? Rent, Payroll, reporting expenses ?
These guys haven’t diluted any share since the merger.
Why would Dr. Kristen leave a lucrative position at the hospital to hop on a sinking ship.
Money has to be coming from somewhere.
I personally think a primary partnership deal has already been struck with someone.
If I were Charles and I’ve worked for 40 years on the Holy Grail of the medical industry. Unlocked the the code. And someone like Sam. Asked me to slow roll the release for a couple years while the gather shares in the open market( which I would rather do than dilute my own position) I’d do it in a heartbeat
The current Shareholder are cryin about waiting 2-3 years, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Hell at most of our ages me included me , 2 years whistles by in a blink of an eye.

The money to keep this Shitshow going is coming from somewhere, and I plan on sticking around to find out.
I agree with your time table March-April when it’s time to report.
Again why spend the time and money, change auditors 3 times and not transition to fully reporting.

Some one made a point earlier today. With gods blessings we’re all going to together as shareholders here for a long time.
