dogn, I agree. Sullivan would be ineligible since she would be the 16th board member. Their charter allows 15. PWO saw it coming and nominated Dr. Stewart to the board in the middle of the night. Amarin's proxy states he was nominated on 1/9. The 8K was filed 6:15 a.m. the following date 1/10 that's the cut off date for any further nominees. Denner saw that coming and place the clause in one of his announcements that the company et al would be subject to a lawsuit. It's unfortunate cause Diane Sullivan has a great resume.
I'm curious to see if Sarissa makes a public statement disputing the timeline of what was filed in Amarin's preliminary proxy.
