Ahh yes, I remember my first stock option exercise...and the taxes...

500K options that are totally VESTED and will EXPIRE on July 5th...that could happen at any time and he will have to exercise them all less enough to pay the taxes upon exercise ($1.67...if I remember correctly).



As a shareholder actually holding equally low cost basis shares as the CEO's exercise price, I'm quite pleased to have reached this milestone in Anavex history.
