Yanks had their chance to roll Cashman out the door this offseason, but just like Hicks and Donaldson, they've instead opted to lock in a sketchy veteran to a long term, bloated contract.

Can't think of too many MLB execs who have been so hugely rewarded for making so many boneheaded moves.
