I know nothing about prior dealings with AZN regarding Direct, however in thinking about DCVax-Direct I've got to believe that one of the things happening now is getting the FlaskWorks unit qualified for making it for the upcoming trials. I don't know if this is holding up initiating new trials, or if it's purely a funding situation, but I think it would be foolish to go into new trials without doing it with the FlaskWork unit, whether it's precisely the same unit as for DCVax-L, or modified in some way.
