38 million is a tall order for raising capital. I’d imagine if this is funded, it would require milestones associated with release of funding.

Additionally I like that they also offer paths to non dilutive funding. Probably would be a combination of non dilutive and dilutive. If they are using preferred as a means of funding, there will be additional shares reserved … but hey Id be happy with any funding at all to get this going.

This thing is so wound up it’s not even funny.

They currently have aboit $14 mil in revenue. With 1.3 billion OS (guesstimate), that’s about .011 cents. Very under valued currently. Even at 1.6 billion OS that’s still .009ish where the sp should be imo.

I’m salivating just to hear what’s up in the next month or so.
