Unrelated. Kludge's incompetence, negligence, failures made it untradeable. He caused it to get booted from lowly pinks, down to bottom of the barrel grey-expert. Very rare to recover from this situation.

Do we know if this class action is 100% the reason we are not on a tradable market at the moment?
