no one here that believes more F/R seems to not need to read documents, but to rely on common sense, hearsay, dot connecting, and moving goal posts into time to wait... it does not work that way... companies that deal with financial matters do not leave ambiguities, statements open to misiterpetation, and such to chance... they are very explicit when they ask for a release signature to cover all conditions that might blow up on them later...WMIH, coming out of chapter 11 had no intentions to give shareholders the estate, or make any outside payments from what they gave in settlement for signatures of releases in the chapter 11...period... all the rest of the posts on this board since the close of the chapter 11 is hype, and fiction....
