Zenos, there is an element that everyone is forgetting in this suit. The original suit included the term "cascading", which as I understanding it means INTEL is not only on the hook for their infringement but also for those that used it inside of their product. I cannot quantify it but I can give you an idea of a formula. A (number of infringers) X B (the number of years) X C (lost fees) = damages X3 plus compound interest. I cannot use fractions small enough not to get a figure higher than what Alan is using.
