Sure, we can differ in our opinion of “legal firepower” as a term relative to the payout you suggested. And It seems like the elements you suggested missing thus far (expert witnesses), would be in the Albright court if we were to go to trial. Also, and maybe this is my naivete, wouldn’t damages be somehow yoked to Intel's monetary gain from using our patents – rather than an arbitrary amount?

Even the mere mention that this is a scam shows a profound lack of DD, critical thinking skills or honesty.
