rt vegas, the record date was set in the proxy filing it's 1/23 so you would have to have purchased your shares prior to record which is 1/18. The general meeting will be Feb 28. Hope that helps.
Ask for the BLUE proxy card for a Sarissa vote from your brokerage firm. Not the white one which is Amarin.
