I understand what you are saying, but public companies are public to raise money and they do it by selling shares. I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now. They JUST hired the company, let's see what the next 2 months bring. If Dr O had raised the AS to 3 billion, then I would have been extremely concerned. But only raising it 200 million is understandable considering that they will need money to manufacture product to go along with the marketing. No use spending money on elaborate marketing without adequate product on hand. JMHO.
