That talking point is merely a a way to try and convince the true beleivers, underwater holders, and those who are unable to truly understand what they own that, somehow, the stock will take off because he owns a lion share of the common and preferred stock. The reason why he structured this is so he has total control of the company and that no one can challenge him. When you use an OTC to help live the expensive life in San Diego, the last think you want is someone messing with your golden goose.
