Is it just me or does the "closing" (down payment and monthly obligation) on the land seem like the cart before the horse? Why did you not have plans, black boxes, seeds/plants, employees, logistics, contractors, equipment, sales people, funding on the ready for the much anticipated and long delayed closing to hit the ground running? Hello, management, dark alpha where's the beef? Now they have to sell 1/2 million shares every month just to make the monthly mortgage payment on the useless land with no activity or production occurring. Have not heard anything else on the other property that was teased as a functioning grow facility either. Seems like we will get our butts kicked in this highly competitive market traveling, if at all, likely backwards. We now own a payment on a car with no engine, wheels, gas, driver or steering and it is rusting out in the rain every day.
