Broke a death spiral loan while trying to be run into the ground.



The POINT is - Linda made a TERRIBLE and STUPID decision to even ENTER INTO That loan. She wouldn't have had to "break a death-spiral loan" if she hadn't entered into one in the first place!

She admitted she was reluctant to do so right in court testimony. She KNEW! Yet she did it anyways and it was that fateful decision that has led DBMM to this moment in time.
