the uplist itself
won't cause a cover, BUT, it does allow larger (ie, not retail) investors to buy the stock as part of their 'risk' investments. The uplist is a big deal, will be better if the company gets a new CUSIP because of a corporate action, such as a name change/ divi, then the accounting will force the squeeze.
The uplist does allow a wider group of investors to buy the stock, so added buying pressure always helps~
Will be interesting to see what $DBMM does, a one time special divi would send this flying imo~
