I was working as a developer at a small tech company in St. Louis and all the system engineers were talking about this superior networking product from FFIV. It was a penny stock and the engineers were scooping it up at .50 cents because they could see it would going to fly. It made a bunch of them very wealthy.

For a disruptive technology it may well start with one or more small start-ups. If you look at who we are engaged with already you can see these startups have government backing. This competition global and governments are allocating money to see that they are going to be a leader over the next 20 years. Our technology is enabling this journey.

So you can diminish the value of a deal with a start-up all you want, but these deals are very visible around the world and dollars are being supplied by governments, and it will be like watching a row of dominoes falling in the coming years once it starts rolling.
