situ, A blue proxy card will be issued by Sarissa. They're using D.E. Shaw as their proxy solicitor. It's important to not respond to the white proxy card.
I thought the new universal proxy rules would apply and from what the definition states that the new rules would be one proxy card with both new and current board members and section to vote for your choice. But I think they're using the old standards which leads me to a question what is the percentage of votes that will be required for Sarissa to win the proxy fight???
