I see little risk in adding dips as the new company will hold and create more value as they get back to business and grow the company!

Once the up list happens it will release a tidal wave of potential investors at Fidelity, Schwab and Merrill that will be permitted to buy! HUGE FLUSH and MOASS will occur at that time as shorties are playing with fire until the news is released.
