First of, why do the retail investors on this board try to turn everything into a binary win or lose all event? Talk about working oneself into a frenzy.

Second, so what if Denner wins the vote? What is to be lost?

Nothing, but perhaps some additional board
directors compensation as the proposal is about adding board members not getting rid of anyone except for PWO who probably should go after the interview watched of him.

I doubt its going to take more than a year to get to a buyout and at that, I ask again, why the frenzy and what are we losing?

VERY LITTLE.....as a matter of fact, PWO's compensation will likely cover all of the compensation for the new board members.

I say good riddance.......
