One of the best stories I have seen so far is a CEO purposely taking his company into the expert market (stopped filing) trapping the toxic financiers in at .000005 so he can sue them for damages. The CEO appears to have forgotten about his equity owners (shareholders), that are stuck or those that sold on the downslope, not knowing what his “plan” was along the ride. This is what it appears to me, in my opinion.

Just damn strange, damn strange

Maybe the CEO is a real maverick, and is about to rewrite the books and make history ?

It’s just damn strange way of doing it. I can just imagine the lawsuits from those that sold on the downslope not knowing about this secret “plan” was, should the stock skyrocket and turn into something.

Maybe the guy is brilliant, maybe a Goddamn genius and going to pull off the unthinkable ?

In my opinion anyway
