Edgewater to preview next-generation Spectrum Slicing powered WiFi7 solutions to select Service Providers

OTTAWA, Canada, October 13, 2022 – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (“Edgewater” or the “Company”) (TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF), the industry leader in Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing technology for residential and enterprise markets, announced today that it will join Wi-Fi industry leaders at the upcoming Wireless Global Congress 2022 event (“WGC”), Wi-Fi Revolution: Driving Digital Growth, taking place at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands from October 17 – 20.

Edgewater will preview to select Service Providers the powerful potential of the Company’s multi-link silicon solutions and its opportunity to meet the needs of the emerging WiFi7 standard and its hallmark feature, Multi-Link Operation (MLO).

Edgewater’s groundbreaking in-band multi-link silicon solutions have proven superior to the current single-channel architecture used in all of today’s Wi-Fi systems, delivering 50% lower latency and a throughput benefit of 7 to 18 times. Significantly, improved latency and throughput were demonstrated using a mix of legacy and current Wi-Fi devices — eliminating the costly rip-and-replace cycle of legacy Wi-Fi architectures.
