I well understood that Masala Capital is not ready yet even though I have little Idea as to what is going on with the gold business right now. I am also encoraged that ITUP shareholders will bgenefit from a stake in BIOT and the combination. I see a possibility that I will have 100 000 shares in BIOT or a smaller number since you write that ITUP will have a stake there, or perhaps these shares will be in a later combination?
