Biot was supposed to speed up things by at least 6 months if I remember correctly.

Yes. I don't have the answer to that one. What I am hearing is that BIOT was another opportunity that came along and that Cow Capital was "always" supposed to merge with Masala Capital. I'm not going to define "always" or whether the plan changed at some point because I don't know. They can't discuss M&A activity openly, even with me.

Have these people rejected Masala Capital

No. Masala Capital is not ready.

Laxmi is travelling now (again) pursuing the merger for BIOT and what not.

ITUP shareholders will still benefit from a stake in BIOT and the combination. You own a significant number of ITUP shares so you will be good. I own only 700.

And I know they are already working on at least one more SPAC they can potentially acquire. But again, they don't tell me the details on those developments.

I have some more news I can share. We are teaming up with Tony Ostrowski (SIAF's former CSO) and Ravindran (on the SIAF board) for aquaculture in India and Guyana. Well, he is going to do some design work for us in the coming months. The two of them already have a company set up in India. And if we are profitable (very likely) then we have big plans going forward. It's like a dream come true for ex-SIAF shareholders. Because we will have the financing, this time. We will have the expertise. And we have the right locations.

We are also starting to do business in Suriname now, besides Guyana. It's is looking very promising and we may already have found a partner there.

So, there is lots of good developments all around.
