The entrenched AMRN management is totally focused on the Special Meeting and the Proxy challenge. Their Event Horizon is in a few weeks and have barricaded themselves against the shareholders (including Doctor Denner).
We (the shareholders) should not be coyed into believing that Sarissa and shareholders’ victory is not guaranteed. Furthermore think of the pillage of this management team should they prevail and stay.
IMHO it behooves us to focus on the prize and increase investors awareness of the importance of casting their votes in the Proxy fight.
