My comments, for what they are worth:

Selling 75& of their GM holdings - Good.
Keeping 25% - not so good, because I predict GM will go belly up in the next two years.
Buying TSLA; Great move. It does not matter whether they paid the October price or the December price (lower). Because in a couple of years I expect the stock to trade several times higher.
Increasing stake in Plug Power: BAD. Hydrogen is stupid.
