Thank you biosectinvestor for you clear response. I will not hold my breath for getting in on the action, but I am sure we will win something, someday. The evidence is to strong. I hope we settle out of court sooner rather than have a lengthy trial and get the money in the bank now and use it to further our development of DCVAX L & D. I also hope, like you said, we retail investors can join in a class action suit and get some much needed relief. Peace Reg 2015
