OTCQB should be just a formality.

The problem is that it is already priced in as no one thinks otherwise...

Compared to dropping the CE, it is trivial! It is little more than paperwork and finding some directors!

So when they get OTCQB... and no one cares... what will the next goalpost be that will make anyone want to hold?
