I have owned this stock for years and had many, many conversations with management. While we disagreed on certain issues, I can say it is one of the few penny stocks I have observed/followed that although they did increase authorized shares a year or so ago, have rarley issued new shares. In fact they have cancelled and clawed back many 10's of millions of shares over past few years from business deals and investors that for whatever reason did not play out as promised in the original deal. At some point I expect this will be trading many times higher than current SP. At least they are generating enough revenue to fund daily operations as they continue to grow. GLTA!
