dogn, it is curious that they would retain a top brokerage firm. LOI is nothing more than an agreement which means squat. I can see why they retained a group of outside attorneys but why JPM? I'm so cynical of AMRN and their fluff BS maybe it sounds good to include a top banker in their PR but hopefully Sarissa will win the proxy fight and end their BS words that are meaningless. We need professionals on the BOD, Vascepa is to valuable to let it go to waste. The record date can't come soon enough. Someone on another board said it may be Monday. Then we have 28 days max to get the votes together.
I wonder if there's a quiet period once the record date is announced? Anyone know.?
