That is not what he said. Mark said that he pulled the filing of the form 10 which was originally filed December 19th 2022 and that was done without the 2 years worth of audited financials.

He did this in favor of a suggestion the SEC made to him and that being file the form 10 with the audited financials (audit) at the same time. That is what will be happening any time now.

Once that happens IMO it will be a couple of weeks (not 60 days before this becomes limited pink if not current pink.
