Start filing complaints with the FDA if the product stinks and is rancid. Or if you notice a difference in side effects/efficacy if switching from brand to generic. Such as "My Tgs were X on Brand but when I switched to Generic jumped up to Y" if that actually happened. Individual complaints dont usually trip the bar unless it's life threatening issue, but if enough complaints roll thru FDA might look into it.
