Raf, I agree that it would be great to know about the deal with generics. However, I have to believe that they have at least done SOME work on this, and likely determined that there was not enough difference to pursue it. And they likely didn't tell Bhatt, because they probably don't want ANYONE knowing for sure that generics are equivalent enough.

And I stress enough. As in, equivalent enough for the FDA to be OK with it.

My guess is that if there WAS evidence that they are not bio-equivalent, they would have pursued it.

Think about it. That would be the easiest way to rid themselves of the generic mess.

But again, they are NOT going to let that be known publicly.
