Actually, Advent was bought and spun off. Cognate was created. But yeah, it’s a good relationship, as I have said all along, despite the engineered challenges created by shorts to unwind the previous financings from Cognate to NWBO, via its founding venture firm.

Cognate was picked up by LP in what was basically a BK auction back in early 2000's. When LP refloated NWBO in 2004,5 the first thing she did was setup a contract so NWBO used her Cognate facility.

When it became close to time for Cognate to be sold off, LP split of Advent from Cognate before selling Cogant. Then NWBO paid to transfer the tech to Advent from Cognate.
