Looks like we all have to file this paperwork to the court. I called they said send in supporting documents which means February 2020 Statement showing holdings before they where removed and the court document also only has 2 spaces for holdings so you have to make another copy to add all 3 holdings.
Like Ps Ks. Us. probably need the CUSIP Numbers. Does anyone still have them to post for these 3 items I listed.
Or is there somewhere to find these CUSIPS.
If you don’t file this paperwork you won’t be eligible for anything.
