Completely disagree.

Well maybe not completely I guess - real execution would go a long way. But consider this:

If the stock is being sold naked short, it hurts our ability to raise money at favorable prices.

Also, all of managements options are paid to them at lower prices (conflict of interest for sure).

You could be talking about additional dilution here, thanks to naked short selling, of 1-10%. Maybe even more - there's not a great way to figure this out. But if this gets bought out, 10% more shares means everyone gets less. If this turns into a dividend machine, you get 10% less.

This is a real problem for sure and deserves attention from management.
