But the money and contract start must occur before I jump for joy. Point was it’s still in the same state. It will be interesting to see when Tuskegee actually gets this going … especially in this economic climate. Do I think it will happen? Yes imo. But the question is when as the company is taking a hit on its share structure and dilution and any sort of fluid cash used to pay back loans the longer it takes.

Tuskegee (imo) is what gets everything started. If Vume launches first, it has to align with something big on the horizon.
