how are there always shares stacking the ask side



They either borrow shares at a very high interest rate or they use exempt shares (FAKES) they have plenty of. Ping pong or barcode between themselves to knock the share price down. Illegal, but this is what they do.

Light volume. Nobody is selling, but they try to make it look that way. There is that algorithm again. LOL!
