I agree Nuke that this in-fighting is not a good thing. We were most united in our misery before the Denner call for a meeting over a week ago.

But are two points to ponder, as I think almost everyone here believes GIA is not a path forward:

Does anyone believe current management can get more in a BO than Denner can?

Does anyone really think that Denner would not try to get the most possible in a sale?
