It appears AVXL has used Mann-Whiney-U-test, instead of the t-test, OR and two tailed test can be derived.
Slide #6 from 1/12/23 JPM conference states they used Mann-Whitney-U-test to correlate S1 mRNA with positive results on 10mg to 50mg patients. If they used it her this must be in th SAP.
