The TA was complicit in the fraud. Though the TA data is / was used, the committee and their staff followed the trades of LEGITIMATE shares. The fake shares won’t be paid. Many folks are going to be very happy, many folks gonna be downright upset.

It is just unfair and not possible to settle every share ever existed. The folks that caused this aren’t responsible. Unpaid folks or folks with some of their position that will not be paid (like me), can go after the TA themselves. The TA is broke, good luck.

The majority of share holders (52.35%) of shareholders are receiving something. It’s major for early shareholders. Not so much for those entering later on.
