Looking at nakedtruth's website, it looks like they find something to file suit about in 1 in 3 investigations... and they didn't even get settlements in all cases.

I don't see any discussion that his actions cause short squeezes... or are of any benefit to individual shareholders...

Any examples of either being the outcome?
