No one is going to jail on the assumption the Pascua Lama project continues to rot around Barrick's neck.
You may recall the financial collapse of 2008 where sins were committed every other second.
No one went to jail on trillions of losses!

Speaking of rot have you ever been in contact with the Canadian Group still trying to get a court date on the class action case?

How long as that been now, nearly 10 years I believe.
