Curious as to how that would have any effect on the DTCC. Axxording to what you post the SEC and Gary Gensler are complicit in all of this, which does make sense as they try to cover all of this up. My beef is with the DTCC CNS program. Why even allow this program to exist? Well, for the benefit of those who can cash in.

Aside from the DTCC, how would this regulation address sham resets, sham transactions, fill before locate, flex options, married puts, buy rights, and wash sales?

It does not have any impact on any of these things. Subpoena needed to see what has happened in the DTCC continuous net settlement vault.
This regulatory decision looks good on paper. In actuality it does nothing to solve the problem. Shares remain unregistered phantom shares.

If this decision were working many tickers naked shorted would be exposed. They have not been exposed. So much for the regulation.

It is not working and that is all I can tell you. Proof #GTII, #FNGR, #AMC, #GME, #DBMM, #CRTD, #BBBY and the list goes on and on and on.
