Not long ago I was bidding on a small government contract for a professional service. After the bid was awarded (we won) I requested copies of the bids that had been submitted by the competition. It's public information at that point and it can be helpful to see others' pricing and what-not
Most of the bids were such a mess that they couldn't even be considered "responsive' but there was a properly formatted bid from a one-person "company" that we encounter from time-to-time. The bid response had to include a resume of each employee who would be working on the project. The resume included the guy's various professional certifications and a brief description of projects that he'd worked on. Fair enough. But in the education section it listed his college degree...then it named the high school that he went to and his high school GPA.
The guy graduated from high school in 1972 but he still felt it relevant to include his GPA on his resume 50 years later.
That SFOR/ZRFY would show the logo of a company that might have made a purchase 20 years prior is just as relevant as that guy's high school GPA.
