I found out today, CONFIRMED, $1.23 per share is what has been negotiated and settled with the MMs for how they damaged the CMKX shareholders.

Tier 1 payments are to start Feb. 1, 2022. They will be distributing checks per the master shareholders list. There isn’t really “checks” but electronic funds transfers.

Certificates shareholders will have to fill out form to submit copy of their certificates for settlement

Shareholders will be able to keep their certificates as mementos, but their existence will be cancelled.

CMKX really hit a diamondiferous pipe that contains the world’s rarest of the rare colored diamonds.
