He's leaving at a very pivotal time. Yeah situations change and all that but the thing is they try to hide it after hours on Friday afternoon before a three day weekend. If you signed up to receive messages when filings are made did you get an alert? Obviously they don't believe it is good news. In order to soften this they could have found a replacement to name at the same time Doug's departure was announced. Perhaps he won't be replaced?
