I've thought the plan for the precision medicine platform was to be able to dose according to patient genetics. This would mean that if identified early that someone would respond better to 30 and someone to 50, then it would be so. Any ups/downs in dosage might further confirm this. This would also seem to be more logical for the change comparisons not being tied directly to each dosage.
